Our Trips cater for the absolute novice to the very experienced, so Dean and Edan will ensure the day matches your expectations. Non-stop fishing for the enthusiasts or a more relaxed pace for those wanting to lie back and absorb the stunning Northland East Coast scenery.

The Fishing Areas: We fish the East Coast of Northland covering Tutukaka, Bay of Islands, Whangarei Harbour, Hen and Chicks out to the Mokohinau Islands. Where the fish are we are fishing.

Charters Details:  We can supply all fishing gear on request.  We prefer the charter to bring the food for the trip although we can supply food if requested.

Departure Ports:  This depends on were we are fishing at the time.  As gamefish migrate up and down our coast we like to follow.  This increases the odds of a successful trip. Ports that we leave from are Tutukaka, Bay of Islands, Marsden Cove, Parua Bay, We will advise you before the trip which area we are fishing.

The Season:  The sportfishing season for the large gamefish is January through to June.

Tagging:  We support tag and release but this is up to the angler.

Kingfish: Dean is well renowned for his expertise in this area.

Snapper trips and Sight seeing trips all year round. These are trips arranged to suit you and your friends. Just ring Dean to organise your day or part day trip. On a sight seeing trip you can visit the Poor Knight Islands or cruise up the beautiful Tutukaka coast visiting the beautiful coastal bays that this coast is famous for.
Fishing gear supplied if required.

Hapuka Fishing can be done if requested and if the area is suitable. We have a large freezer so you can take some fish home.

Personalised Sightseeing:
See Northlands beautiful East Coast or magnificent Bay of Islands in comfort and privacy on your own charter trip as opposed to more commercialised trips. There is fun to be had by everyone in this family friendly environment such as: Snorkelling or diving from the boat exploring the remote bays
